The starting point for coffee

Perhaps it was around December 94, when the Internet wasn't as popular as it was now, and when pc communication was the trend. There was the only coffee club in Cheonri. Space to be connected with Go coffee...... A

meeting was held at a guest house in Donghaksa, Daejeon, when the culture of courier service did not exist and the place where the raw coffee was purchased was limited to Seoul. It was the time of the roasting, when a meeting brought a germanium pot on a gas burner and put green beans in it to keep hands busy on a weak fire. The process of turning green beans into coffee beans, crushing them with a hand mill, transferring coffee powder to a dripper and liquefying them to make a cup of coffee is shocking and memorable at the time.

It was a time when all the members were in their 20s and the concept of hand drip was not the same as now, but the first experience of drip coffee that I experienced at the time is still unforgettable. I can't remember whether it was a flowery, sour or sweet taste that I had experienced for the first time in my life, but I still have fresh coffee and a coffee that feels completely different from the traditional mix coffee

Nowadays, I'm professionally researching and wrestling with coffee, but the fascination or the charm of the eight colors that coffee gives me is a wonderful life that is hard to escape.
