In this opportunity, I would like to share with you these words of reflection. I hope they are very useful for you and that you always go forward in life no matter how difficult the path is, you always have to follow it. Life is only a short time. A tiny gap between two eternities. A vacation, well seen, to enjoy a prodigious adventure, full of moments of infinite pleasure, alternated with painful, when not dramatic, experiences. That is to say, days in which we reach the ecstasy of full and absolute happiness, along with others that make us wonder what the meaning of so much cruelty and injustice is.
But even if it is a short sigh, a life well taken gives for a lot. All of it represents a fertile field of opportunities to create and to build, to devise, and to erect, to plan and to develop... to DO! Because even though some may pretend to turn it into a poetic factory of dreams, life is, in reality, a factory of FACTS. In it, only what we do counts and the rest is nothing more than pure ornamentation or a simple display of fireworks (polychrome and vibrant), but whose intoxicating effect is reduced to ashes in moments. What you say, what you think, what you dream... can never be equated or equaled in value to the smallest result you can show in the palms of your hands to the rest of the world.
Do, and the sooner you start, the better. Because if you don't hurry up, I warned you before that life is only a moment, one day you will find yourself without strength, lacking in courage and desire, and you will notice that you lack the necessary breadth and drive to be able to undertake your project, whatever it may be. You will have settled into a way of life that, although it was never part of your best plans, in return does not cause you problems. You will have renounced to your ideals, defeated, like so many others before, not by failure (excusable and even praiseworthy), but by lack of the necessary courage to satisfy your dearest and noblest ambition.
It is said that a flock of eagles was pecking food on a farmer's land. The farmer would throw food at them and the eagles would come every day, month after month, to receive their sustenance. One day, an old eagle flew near the group and looked at the scene with evident displeasure.
Why are you on earth? -asked the old eagle to the herd.
-The human feeds us and we do not need to go anywhere else," they replied.
-But you are eagles and have forgotten how to fly. Your kingdom is in heaven, not on earth. Free yourselves!
