This tournament is made for newcomers that have just started playing @KingofDuels. The format will have the majority of the cards banned.
Eligible cards will be the free cards you get when you join the game and the two starter decks which cost $10 each to purchase.
As KoD do not have a formal tournament setting yet, this will be hard to pull off but it is the best that could be done with the current features. Hopefully, if this event works well we can work towards another one.
The creator was generous enough to give us a starter deck of your choice as a giveaway for one of the viewers so if someone wants to get into the game this would be a great prize for them. The starter decks are a one time only purchase as the cards in the starter deck are really strong and give you a base to start building your deck as they currently have 2 starter cores out.
The event will be hosted on the Charity Twitch stream on December 29 at 9PM GMT. The time can be changed if needed but it will be hosted on that day.
There are not many rules for the tournament but there are a few to keep things fair. Please see the list of rules below:
Any card that isn't apart of the three starter decks are banned.
If you are found to be using any of the cards that are not allowed, you will be kicked from the tournament.
All decks must be shown to the host before the tournament starts. This can be sent via Discord.
All games will be monitored so players must share their screens via discord.
If you leave the game due to bad network you will forfit the game.
All games will be played through PvP mode.
The cards that are playable are:
- The free starter deck
- The Samurai starter deck $10.00
-The Dream starter deck $10.00

The top three players will win KoD at the end of the tournament.
First place will receive 300 KoD
Second place will receive 200 KoD
Third place will receive 100 KoD
If you would like to take part in the tournament, please message me on Discord with your IGN and I will add your name to the list of players.
To check into the tournament, you must be present in the Web 3 discord channel and make sure you have select Zard and Beccss as a role.
You can then write in the KoD channel that you are 'here' and we can get you set up. This will happen 1 hour before the tournament starts so please make sure you are ready between 1.5hrs and 2hrs before the tournament.
