Eggs are pastured raised, no grains and no hormones from the local farmers markets. I am also supplementing on Omega 3 and I have been decalcifying my pineal gland with Vitamin K2 and all other known supplements such as MSM, iodine and others. Also about to do a heavy metals cleanse with magnesium oil, IMD Intestinal Cleanse, Alpha Lipoic Acid and L-Glutathione. Will blog my journey here too. :) On a bit of a run.
I'll say. Good work!
It's so complicated and contradictory, learning everything you need to know. It's all out there, but it's almost like there's some people in the world who don't want us to be healthy.
I agree. Everything takes an effort. Health is no different. I believe it starts with education and more people "living" the life to inspire others to want to do the same.
