Yes. Today I will be talking about leadership.
You know today we can see different kind of people who believe in some stupid policies and theory about leadership or should I say be a leader which should not supposed to be so.
A leader is a person who have the knowledge, wisdom and understanding to lead, direct people who are sometimes called his or her followers because they are meant to follow his or her lead.
But if we should look at the world today, we can see that some people theory about leadership or be a leader had changed.
Some believe that age really matters a lot. Age in the snse that maybe the person who is to be called a leader must have been aged. Aged in the sense that he must have grow old and not good young because some believe that in order for a proper and correct leadership display. His or her age must really matters. They believe that by been aged, he or she must have gained some experience through been aged or in order word, he or she must have had more understanding and knowledge due to his or her age than the young one.
Some also believe that a leader must be popular or influential. There are some certain post that it is hard for a common man or low influential person to get there. There are some that are dominated by high influential people, rich or rather wealthy people, and also popular people to rule. They believe if you don't have money, then what can you even render as a leader. They believe money
must be necessary or even permit me to essential as one of the basic tools for a good and proper leadership display.
There are still some others different people ideas or theories about leadership or been a leader but because of my time today, I will not be able to explain much more further.
All I just want to say that leadership is not by size, it is about knowledge, understanding and lastly wisdom
