This put a smile on my face. We humans tend to take everything we have in our life for granted, and this makes it even harder for many of us to achieve true happiness. The little things make life beautiful, and it's always a better approach to stay focused on what you actually have.
Your health is your wealth, and as long as you're in good health, everything can be achieved. Even if that's not the case with whatever might be bothering you, you can always just let it be and keep moving on. I am no better; I tend to find reasons to feel miserable, mad or depressed, but when I stumble upon something like this video below, I feel truly blessed (I also feel like slapping myself in the face).

What kind of glasses are those that he's able to see colors?
Enchroma glasses; they basically cut out specific wavelengths of the spectrum, thus enabling them to distinguish different colors.
Do they make him able to see the exact same colors as us or just some?
Not absolutely sure about that, but I think they can see the exact same colors as us.
