My latest posts have been mainly SPT (Splintertalk.io) related but did you know there is a way you could earn STEEM/SBD/SPT and another token called PAL.
https://www.palnet.io is similar to Splintertalk.io. Its interface mirrors that of Steemit and anything posted on it will be posted to your main blog. Alternatively you can use the tag palnet when making your post from your favorite Steem Dapp (steemit/Steempeak ect.) and your post will qualify to earn PAL tokens. You can claim these tokens from your PalNet profile (similar to how you claim STEEM on Steemit) or you can claim them directly on the Steem-Engine exchange.
How Do I Earn All Four ?
Earning all four (Steem/SBD/SPT/PAL) can be done via posting from Splintertalk.io and using palnet as a tag. Since everything you post from Splintertalk is added to your regular blog you will then begin to earn all your regular rewards plus the extra SPT / PAL token rewards as well. This means lots of extra value with next to 0 extra effort.
I got a question though;
I've staked my spt earned thus far. Do I need to vote only via splintertalk in order to distribute it or does it function like Pal where I can distribute by voting via any interface?

I just upvoted your comment via Steemit and it awarded you the SPT value on Splintertalk.io. I think as long as the comment / topic is shown on splintertalk.io it doesn't matter where it gets upvoted from.

I'm don't use the platform but I use the tag because it's virtually the same thing at the moment. So, I'm not sure what to say, looks free money for me. I guess this is all I can say.

Looks like I'm going to have to check splinter talk out. I wasn't even aware SM/SL had their own frontend! Thank you dear friend for enlightening me, as I completely missed this one, what with trying to buy this farm and my recent injury to my ribs. I hope I can get caught up on all my Gina bot stuff and the few things i need to do for our Doer-Minnow Project so 8 can get splintertalk looked into this weekend. Let me know when you make your first Splintertalk post so I can smack it with an upvoted, I have 140,000 SPT staked and currently my upvote is worth somewhere south of 300 SPT but my upvote value is shrinking fast as more learn about the new interface. This time last week it would of been worth around 600 SPT.

You are correct about how to purchase SPT..... Steem-Engine is the place. The price seems to be fluctuating allot so I would check the recent sales before purchase so your not buying at the current high point(not financial advise).
You can stake them in your steem-engine wallet. There will be a lock icon that you click to stake a specific coin and an unlock icon if you want to remove a stake.

I thought so to ..... the only downfall is not all comments will show on palnet(?) / splintertalk. For some reason they don't display comments in the topic that come from other Dapps such as Steemit.
i think it appears on palnet but not on splintertalk as i can see comments done using partiko on palnet but not on splintertalk

Yeah, all new ways to monetize your posts! But I think none of those tags have to be used as first tag, are you sure about that?
The post that introduced me to PalNet mentioned the palnet tag needs to be the first one. It could have been changed since (or possibly never been true) as there have been upgrades.
The next post I make, I will use it as the second to last tag to test it out.
No need; visited palnet just now and one one my posts with the tag in the third place is going to receive PAL. So probably as long as it's there, it works ;)

There was a PAL airdrop for specific people based on some formula they used. Everyone who qualified needed to claim them via the Steem-Engine exchange. Before the steem-engine update the claim was the tokens icon at the top corner of your wallet page. I have no clue if that changed since the update or not.
There was a partial airdrop for SPT. Mavericks had 1 week to claim some free SPT (that week has ended long ago). There is no first time posting bonus, however I have 140K SPT staked so if you keep commenting on my topics you will likely get SPT upvotes.
Edit: Yes I believe you can post from any interface. Using the correct tags will allow your post to earn each token.

I must admit that I never heard about Splintertalk.io. There seem to be to many STEEM front-ends out there already.
I only created my account on PALnet just yesterday and I'm currently researching about this platform. Since it's my first time I'm using Palnet and I found your publication very helpful.
I'm just wondering if there is anything special about this particular front-end? We've busy.org, steempeak.com, sportshub.io and probably many more. Is there any particular reason to focus our attention on Palnet? Any idea?
I've also noticed that if I upvote something on Steemit then it's also upvoted right away on PALnet (and vice-versa). Interesting concept. The only thing is that all I can see is growing supply and I don't see much created demand for that PALnet coin. So selling pressure will most likely only increase. But I may be wrong.

The way I look at it is if we are creating a post anyways then why not use the PAlnet tag as it gives another earning opportunity. We don't need to post from the PALnet site to get PAL rewards.
Some also may look at PAL as an opportunity to become a PAL dolphin or whale as it may be easier to do so then it is to become a Steem whale at this point. The same reasons apply to the Splintertalk.io front end with. Although Splintertalk is meant for content that pertains to Steemmonsters/Splinterland.
