Last week I posted about how I was working on painting. I had more to do and wasn't able to get back to it until today. I had much more scraping and sanding this time. The prep work is critical to a good result, so even though it was backbreaking I did it right. I'm very happy to say that it's finally done now... and so is my back! It's break time.
It's actually time to do some stretches. Gotta work out the kinks from the muscles. I could try doing some yoga stretches like this guy. And the environment wouldn't be bad for relaxing either. Time for deep breaths and stretches.
How do you recover after working/working out?


So... were you able to remove all that oil-based paint off your hands? Do you yoga, @themanwithnoname?
I was just working on the paint a little bit ago. I got most of it off, but there's a small amount that's lingering. I think it just likes me. :D
I've tried yoga, but I would be lying if I said I was good at it. I've been thinking about trying to get more practice in. The core strengthening exercises are great! How about you?
