HA! My wife and I were talking about this today and thought it was hilarious how much we have changed. The little things do not bother us as much, we don't worry nearly as much and we are having even more fun!! We love both our little boys so much and enjoy being their parents.
- We do not check his diaper every 5 second to see if it needs a change. We change him regularly so you do not need to worry, but we were obsessive with our first child.
- We let everyone hold our little guy without putting on hand sanitizer first. Seriously we used to walk around with a bottle of Purel and made sure everyone used it. Now we just hand them off.
- We let our 2nd little guy eat a cookie that fell on the FLOOR!
- We let our 2nd child sleep in our bed every night. We were just too tired to try and teach him to sleep in a different bed.
- We do not buy anything new. Hand me downs is all this kid is getting. I'm proud of this one. It has saved us a lot of money and we like seeing him in clothes his brother wore. It brings back good memories.
Things that have not changed.......we still don't SLEEP!

haha yeah we were the same... the first born could make a mouse sound and we were sprinting to get there...the second born could bet getting mauled by a werewolf and we would say ....they will be alright.

I guess that would be another thing that has changed since having kids. Not much b ball being played. I used to play 5 nights a week. I love the game but now it's more just watching the NBA and college hoops.
Wow 5 nights a week - i play a 90min pickup game on Tuesday nights and a full game on Wednesday nights..getting older i am 45 now not sure how much longer i will play but like you i love the game...and i love the NBA
Interesting take on life post the second child.. experience of having been through something similar certainly helps.
How did your first son react to it? He looks very curious in this pic.
It's funny. He totally ignored him for the first 2 weeks. Just acted like he wasn't even there. Now he adores him!
Haha.. Would be great to see them grow older together. You guys are going to have your hands full going forward.
