The sky today is cloudless and so perfect for a beautiful sunrise! I am sipping my coffee right now as I write this post while enjoying the sun rays on my face and the wonderful view of the surrounding..
Below the hill where the sun rises, are olive groves that belong to different farmers. In a couple of weeks, they will begin to harvest the fruit of their labor. There aren't much work to do during the growing process since the only major work needed is when they harvest.
They will set the net around the tree to gather the olives, shake the branches while other family members try to punch those stems with a wad and afterwards put the gathered olives in sacks to bring them to the coop for pressing. After harvest, they will prune each of the trees to prepare them for the next season..
