Letting Go...Not Always An Easy Thing

A brief rambling poem came flooding out when I was in the middle of shadow work earlier...

it just shows you I am human & going through the awakening process just as many of you are...

Not sure why I am sharing this since this shows more of my vulnerability. But maybe someone can read this & know they aren't alone. 🖤💕✨

Sometimes, it's just so damn hard to let go..
✨
When I think I finally broke free from the heartbreak & shifting in energy...
✨
When I think I am finally past this...
✨
When I think I can move on from the bond that connects us...
✨
It hits me all over again from out of the blue. It surprises me, leaving me breathless & my heart hurting. My mind reels as I try to maintain composure...
✨
It's true, I still love you & know I always will...
✨
But in time, I know I will be all right...
✨
I will allow myself to cry, to feel, to honor the feelings of loving you, because it's something I will never regret...it helped me learn about myself & made me stronger. You have been a gift...
✨
Someone is out there for me, this I know...but in the meantime, I will continue to be comfortable in my own company & help others shine their light onto the world...
✨
In the meantime, just be gentle with me. My heart is still fragile....
