The only health risk in this case I believe to be carelessness and stupidity. People don't get piercings like that without at least being aware of the extra caution they have to exercise once they've got them :3
Tough Girl!!! She must have a high-tolerance or possible "craving" for pain! My spontaneous, knee-jerk response was "OUCH"! Then again, she might just be a trailblazer, trend-setter, fashion icon among her peers!!! Pure fascination here; no judgment!
