UNDERSTANDING AND CONTROLLING



When we understand our situation and our feelings, it is much easier to control our reactions in daily life. Leading a stress-free life is practically impossible if we do not know how to manage our emotions.

Stressful situations can occur for any reason, perhaps we are late for an important meeting, we have not had time to finish a certain task or we feel very pressured by the environment in which we live. Stressful situations will not cease to exist, but what we can control is the way we react to them.

For an impulsive person, this is a challenge because controlling emotions is very difficult but not impossible. Anxious people also suffer the ravages of mismanagement of emotions that triggers problems of all kinds.

The main thing is to learn to know ourselves to know what we must improve, this does not mean that we will become beings without emotions but we will achieve more appropriate management of our days to achieve a more harmonious life.
