Whenever i take the time to sit and contemplate, the deeper meaning behind the words of Lao Tzu, i am overwhelmed with a inner joy, and feeling of understanding.
Lao Tzu lived around the 5th century BC and is credited with starting the religion of Taoism, meaning The Way.
He wrote the Tao Te Ching at around the age of 80, when asked to convey his wisdom.
The quote i share today, is not my own, and comes from the Tao Te Ching written by Lao Tzu.

Love the Tao philosophy. I read and listen to a lot of Alan Watts and many of his thoughts are based around the teachings of Lao Tzu!
