The open state of the door to the subconscious is called the trance state. Let's look at an example of falling into this state. One of the most common examples is when you are watching TV or watching movies and you feel completely immersed. The same is true when exercising. Light trances often occur in our daily lives.
There are some kinds that happen often but we are in pain. It is a trance state that emanates from emotional issues. In any way, if your emotions fluctuate severely, it's easy to fall into a trance state.
When we face a subject that is difficult to interpret from an existing perspective, we react reflexively. The priorities are different, but depending on the mechanism, you feel something emotionally. At this time, when my feelings exceed my capacity, the door to the subconscious opens momentarily. This is true even in sudden or unexpected situations. When we fail to interpret consciously or rationally, the door to the trance opens.
I think this is the natural defense mechanism for survival. We need to find answers to questions that we can not accept in our conscious judgment. This is because we have to find an answer in a deep place in our unconscious mind.
However, if it is used incorrectly, it can be used to endanger life in the long run. The information injected in this state is seeded deep inside ourselves and gradually grows and grows. And in the case of negative buds, the fruit we have to face can feel harsh.
I would like to call this work internal surgery. All relief and healing must be done on the same level. The physical problem must be presented physically, and the chemical problem must be presented at the chemical level. That's the fastest way. The same is true of our twisted mind. When solving at the same level, it is possible to solve it as quickly as possible.
