No living species that inhabits this planet has been able to take away that love of knowledge or that desire to obtain such knowledge, on the contrary we have shared that idyll with those beings but from our control, I think then that our love for wisdom is and it will be eternal forever, because the more we discover about ourselves as well as everything that surrounds us the more we fall in love with that extraordinary feeling.
Every word written in this publication as well as every word read by any of you is a motivation for such feeling, we read to nourish ourselves, to know, therefore to know and be better informed, this is how our modern world works, founded on the most basic deep and extensive of falling in love with wisdom.
Humanity is the most impressive living entity that exists on the planet, since it has had the capacity to self-study thoroughly and even further, it has also created the necessary means and channels for such ends; The great link that man has had as an ally has been the interest of knowing, knowing and understanding, and then building his culture from all areas that allow him to develop and grow to be consolidated as he has achieved all that set of knowledge studied.
So we can say that the appointment of humanity with wisdom has been historical, using as interlocutor the perhaps most powerful tool for the consolidation of such romance, philosophy, it accompanies us in every step that we as humanity have given and continue to give, therefore, it is directly responsible for our frantic love for wisdom on all scales.
When we refer to a certain person as a philosopher, it is because he has knowledge of innumerable areas, according to the story which informs us that it was Pythagoras (Greek philosopher and mathematician), who gave him the conceptual meaning, when asked if he was wise (sophos ), to which he replied that the gods were wise, since he was only a lover of wisdom (philosophos).
When we train as educators in our academic journey we have the great pleasure of listening to some topics related to this very important tool (philosophy), education is perhaps one of the most receptive and transmitting modern areas related to knowledge, as it will bear the fruits of the present and tomorrow to continue in the consolidation of the indestructible romance of wisdom with humanity.
Many think that perhaps today philosophy has lost ground in the field of knowledge motivated to the great advances that science has achieved in recent decades, however I am one of the people who think there will always be a margin to wonder and wonder about the complexity of life and above all of our immense universe, therefore we must highlight the writing by the German philosopher Hannah Arendt, when it refers to human thinking, which defines it as the highest act or perhaps the purest activity of what man is capable of.
To speak of this wonderful and loving tool as philosophy is, makes us fill with pleasure to continue in the tireless but satisfactory search of knowledge, that is, wisdom.
