Your Mind: The Liar In Your Life

in #philosophy6 years ago

Never ever give so much power to negative thoughts when you feel you are not good enough.

You got into a university and you tried really hard to get a good result. To get a better job, you further your study with an MBA but then you are still unhappy. You still feel hopeless with your working life. Is it something wrong with me? Or you just need a change on career. Any of these situations sound familiar to you?

All your life seems to be evolving in improving yourself. The reason was you "felt" not good enough. The mind can be a very convincing liar. It can convince oneself that what we believe is in indeed true or make us think in a certain manner.

But did you ever stop and ask yourself of why do you need to improve yourself? Is it something you wanted or various other reasons? You need to be aware or notice the way you think or your reactions.

In real life, no matter how high you go, how much you achieve, they are still people criticize you or just didn't like you. You can never satisfy the reach of what others ask of you, doesn't matter how much you try to please them. You will always be judged by others.

Try to recognize that not to make yourself uncomfortable for the sake of other people.

The color of your energy. Thank you steemit! Thank you!
