Suffering is a habit...it is a decision, an imagination, it is a response...it is intentionally and aggressively using your imagination against yourself...it is a mistake to choose to suffer...
A person should only use their brain , their imagination, their choice to empower themself...
I will say it again : Suffering is needless...I had a perfect opportunity to suffer and I didn't take it !
Everyone does not suffer...and you don't have to but you can if you choose to...
It does not matter what happens to you , the only thing that matters is how you represent it to yourself, the way you respond to events and situations, your perception, the way you look at, your concept, your reality is made up in your own mind...
