It's been a while, but I will think back a long time to this holiday. The cordial people, the delicious food, the wonderful beaches and our Tuk-Tuk driver who accompanied us all the time.
Es ist zwar schon ein Weilchen her, aber an diesen Urlaub werde ich noch lange zurückdenken. Die herzlichen Menschen, das leckere Essen, die traumhaften Strände und unser Tuk-Tuk-Fahrer, der uns den ganzen Urlaub begleitet hat.
He took us to the most beautiful places, had a lot of insider tips in store and was really a loyal companion.
That's how we got to the turtle sanctuary, which was hardly known and only a few tourists find their way there.
There were an infinite number of turtles rescued from the sea injured.
Er brachte uns zu den schönsten Orten, hatte mächtig viele Geheimtipps auf Lager und war wirklich ein treuer Begleiter.
So sind wir auch zur Schildkrötenauffangstation gekommen, die eigentlich kaum bekannt war und nur wenige Touristen den Weg dahin finden.
Hier waren unendlich viele Schildkröten, die verletzt aus dem Meer gerettet wurden.
In addition, the employees always collected the eggs of the turtles and we were also allowed to take the freshly hatched turtles on our hands.
Außerdem sammelten die Mitarbeiter immer die Eier der Schildkröten ein und wir durften die frisch geschlüpften Schildis auch auf die Hand nehmen.
But the highlight was definitely when we were allowed to release the little ones into the sea. Wonderful to see how they rode with their little fins towards the sea!
Der Höhepunkt war aber definitiv, als wir die Kleinen ins Meer entlassen durften. Herrlich mit anzusehen, wie sie mit ihren kleinen Flossen rudernd Richtung Meer wanderten!
After they had finally reached the water, I hoped that they would make it. For already many birds were above them and fished some from the sea: (
Nachdem sie endlich das Wasser erreicht hatten, blieb zu hoffen, dass sie es schaffen. Denn schon waren zahlreiche Vögel über ihnen und fischten auch leider einige aus dem Meer :(
