The country is starting to get back to normality gradually but, it still doesn't feel normal to me. Restaurants are now open, as well as some other type of businesses, all at a cost... The cost of social distancing, and a free unmasked nose to sniff some nice perfume.
I have a friend who has a nice restaurant with an open area towards the Danube, and paid him a visit today, along with some other friend. Both of us knew how the place looked like before this COVID-19 shit and noticed the small changes now.

The first thing that comes right in your face is the waiter's mask, and once you pass by that you'll notice that the tables are placed according to the social distancing trend having quite some distance between them.
The place looks definitely bigger now and that's great for the customers, not for the owner. In order to still keep the business profitable he had to tweak the prices a bit, and not in the favour of the clients. Not much but, noticeable...

I noticed this trend to most of the small businesses that have been affected by the plandemic, and I believe at the same time that this is where the real financial crisis begins. Once life starts crawling back to normal... we will see the cruel reality of the global economy.
Other than that my day's been good so far and hope to maintain the vibe all the way. I am quite pleased with these pics as well, and am planning to create a new community this evening. Will let you know what is about a bit later. Have a great one guys!
Thanks for attention,
Adrian
I went to the post office yesterday and I was surprised to see so many people on the streets here. I passed 3 or 4 coffee shops with the tables out and they were full!
Quite surprising to see it knowing that it is still advised to keep the distance.
I don't like the social distancing at all and consider that this is the attitude to get on with this thing. It's obvious that this virus, if it really exists, is not deadlier than a regular flu.
There is way too much noise about it around. That's for sure. The consequences we all will have to face because of it will be much worse. And it already started...
I stopped following news and reading online. Feels so much better :)
Me too.
I hope your friend is considering online service. Many small business in Indonesia thrive because they offer delivery service and packaged (ready to cook) meal.
He serves mostly beverages and that wouldn't work. For food oriented ones online services seem to have worked well during the pandemic.
It works here. Everything in Indonesia is almost online. You can even find plants and pets online and get it delivered to your home. Oh yeah, not to mention beer and alcohol. If you want massage, house cleaning service, someone to buy your groceries, just one tap away. I suppose it's because Indonesian are breed to be consumers, at least this is the sentiment I read from many tech startups across South East Asia.
Greeks have already found the solution about the mask discomfort. They put it on their chin :)
Jokes aside many people will suffer by the economic backwash of this "pandemic" scenario.
