A delicious chicken adobo for our dinner tonight. A simple dish that can make my family happy. I simply cook this by marinating the chicken with vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sprite. Then I add the spices...garlic, onions, pepper and bay leaf. Season it with maggi magic sarap powder. Cook it in low heat temperature. Until the chicken meat becomes tender and the sauce becomes a bit thicker.
