I went to Procida Island in Italy.
To reach it you can take the boat from Naples and it takes around 35min.
The Italian movie " Il postino (The postman) " is set and was filmed on Procida Island.
It's a small nice place to visit. Still now you can find real south Italian life there...
The time pass so slow...nice sun...tasty foods...lots of colours.
It's good to visit there in June or September.
It's not too hot but you can swim.
Also it is very calm and few tourists.
南イタリアにあるプロチダ島へ行ってきました。
この島へはナポリからフェリーが出ていて３５分くらいで行くことができます。
プロチダ島と名前聞いたことがある方もいるかもしれませんが、実はイタリア映画「イル ポスティーノ」の話にも出てくる場所で、実際に映画撮影もされた場所なんです。
映画のとおり、古き良き時代のイタリアの生活が今での残っている素敵な街です。
時間がゆっくり流れて、太陽の光、美味しいご飯、たくさんのイタリアらしい色・・・。
訪れるのであれば、ハイシーズンを外した6月か9月がオススメです。
暑すぎず、でもまだ海水もOKな時期です。しかも、観光客やバケーションで訪れる人もこの時期は少ないのでゆっくり島を満喫できます。
