The Big Ben, is a huge and spectacular British cultural icon known all over the world. It is one of the most prominent structures adorning the skylines of the United Kingdom and a symbol of British parliamentary democracy.
This huge structure towers above the parliamentary building and has been casting its shadows over it since 1859 when its installation was completed.
A closer look at the tower now officially renamed the Elizabeth Tower since 2012 to mark the diamond jubilee of the Queen, Elizabeth II.
A truly magnificent tower, beautiful and so visible from afar.
Towering above the River Thames with such presence. ....
....subduing and dwarfing every form of competition around.
..and adding it's beauty to the London night skyline.
It is indeed an iconic pivot of the great city of London.
True spectacles of nature, wrapped in wisdom and will.
