VISIT PORTUGAL_ Vilarinho de Negrões Island (Portugal)

in #photography4 years ago

After a day full of emotions in Chaves, the next day I head towards Vilarinho de Negroes, a village that for many people say is one of the most beautiful in Portugal, isolated from everything and everyone.
The inhabitants survive at the expense of agriculture and what the river gives them, land with very few inhabitants and even very old ones.
When I entered the dirt roads and several houses with cattle in addition to the several dogs on the street, it reminded me of old times.
It is as if the village had stopped in time and that is why I think they find it so interesting.
It is a pity that there is no beach because the village is surrounded by the river!
So I will leave you some pictures of my visit although short as it was already on my way back to Porto

Vilarinho deNegrões, a rare and beautiful village in Trás-os-Montes In the heart of Montalegre, in the Vila Real district, it is one of the most charming villages in Portugal. Vilarinho deNegrões is a beautiful village with a rare history. This small Portuguese treasure is uniquely rich and its natural and material heritage is worthy of our understanding and photography! … Beautiful streets and alleys contribute to discovery and exploration. Must visit. Charming land This picturesque village is located on the south bank of Albufeira do Alto Rabagão and is known for its typical houses, which extend over a narrow peninsula, preventing the water level from rising. Adjacent to the parish of Negros, this village is surprising, as well as charming.

Experience Vilarinho de Negrões is a picturesque village with several monuments that really are worth a visit. The natural beauty that surrounds it and makes it unique, ends up being a valuable complement, but there is a lot of heritage to know. Nature lovers will certainly be seduced and will appreciate the birds, great crested grebes and other water birds that fly there. A granite oven is something that reveals history, but also enchants. Thin trails are also mandatory, places where corn and rye are preserved. Visiting Vilarinho de Negrões turns out to be a charming and enriching experience. Escape This historic village may be the place where you want to spend the weekend (or a few days). It is such a charming space that it will surprise everyone, regardless of how and with whom it travels.
Get ready to take lots of pictures
