Fluer De Sel is owned by one of only two chefs, in the East Coast of Canada, that were trained in Le cordon bleu.

It was a 3 Hour long 7 course meal, an hour and half drive from Halifax. It was worth it and we had a very wonderful experience. The chef made an effort to use only local ingredients sourced by local farmers and fishermen.

In the first image, is it raw oyster? Your food looks very sophisticated prepared and very tasty also!
