Today the presentation of the book about our city Velikiy Ustyug, timed to the anniversary (870th anniversary) of the city took place.
The book was published in Vologda.
In this book 70% of my photos! This is the first serious book in which so many of my photos. For me, this is a great joy and pride.
Many photos you already could see in my blog. For example, a photography of a snowy trees participated in the Steemit Photo Challenge "Landscape II"
Now I need to go to the author's book, in which will be my best works!

Every time I see some of your pictures, especially those with the church, I remember about those places Varykino and Yuriatin, from the movie ''Doctor Zhivago''. :) Congratulations for the book!
Your photographs are worthy of a book! I hope that many people appreciate the beauty of your region from that book and your photos! I know I have enjoyed your photos here on Steemit. It's amazing to think of a town with that much history -- 870 years! My town had it's 150th birthday recently, lol! Congratulations on the book!

Another fairy-tale from Russia! The Russian architecture and nature is amazing! I would love to go there, but I think my son will go there sooner (he also loves Russia and learn Russian).
