I think that it is a very photogenic tree.
This picture brings back my childhood memories of Kharkiv region. This picture could have been taken in any suburb of that city in Ukraine. White brick buildings and those roofs and the trees...
I guess it means that Lithuania is quite similar to Ukraine.
