For me , the sea is the healer of my mind and body.
In the water my mind clears while my body exercises.
A minute for rest and watch the beauty of the landscape around me!

And now the days are hot... +28-38 in the afternoon. Some days ago I was ant the seaside and I had red skin during all these days and now. It was a mistake for me to go to the beach at 11 a.m. because my skin is too "white", usually I go there after 5 p.m. and it is ok for me...
