แกงต้นไส้กล้วย Banana Tree Curry

แกงไส้กล้วย เวลาต้องตัดต้นกล้วยที่มากเกินไปก็จะได้กินแกงต้นกล้วย เขาเป็นอาหารของมอญแต่ก็เห็นได้ทั่วไปในประเทศไทย การทำก็ไม่ยาก ต้นกล้วยหนึงต้นก็ใช้แกงกินได้หลายวันเลย

ก่อนอื่นก็ต้องเอาไส้กล้วยที่ยังไม่แก่เกินไปมาแยกเอาไส้ออก

แล้วก็มาทำพริกแกง ก็ใช้พริกทำเองก็จะได้รู้ว่าใส่อะไรบ้างช่วงนี้ก็ใช้กระชายมากหน่อย

ก่อนจะแกงก็ต้องเอาใยของกล้วยออกแบบเดียวกับสายบัว
