Just because people rush past the flower
Hurriedly, with laptop cases in one hand and iPhone in another,
Without pausing to look
Does not make the flower any less beautiful,
Any less precious.
Just because no one notices the flower,
Does not mean the flower is not beautiful,
But only that
People may be too busy to stop
And stare
And marvel at this pretty little thing,
The handiwork of God.
