The last time I drove around our beautiful Wörthersee was at the beginning of January of this new year, the fog was thick at places and apart from my photo motifs, I couldn't see much. Very nice shots sir johannpiber and the second to the last one with the sunlight hitting the tops of those mountains...wow!
Sometimes you have no other choice but taking such minimalist photos, and I love it when there's dense fog around and you can only see some isolated objects.

Thank you JJ, it's hard to find the simple things, when there's so much around - the fog helps a lot by covering all what could be distracting.
People tend to make things complicated - simple working solutions sometimes become complicated failure-prone things.
It makes sense, because I am feeling the same way, but I am tired in two ways: for no reason I could sleep right away and I am sick and tired...

I don't drink !BEER anymore and never have had hot drinks myself,which some may say is !DERANGED but I do share !COFFEEA` now I must pop to the !MARLIANS !shop soon to pick up odds and ends
I understand that there's much going on in your mind these days ... your retirement, you said you're moving closer to your family and then there are also the health issues of your daughter in law ... even if you try not think too much about it, it still concerns you.
Deep breaths and a relaxing walk at the beach where you could take some nice photos might help to clear your mind a bit, but only if the weather allows it.
Instead of the ... I should have written the rest of the sentence too, which would have been "I am sick and tired of the stupid and complicated people in my company!".
Indeed, I do feel tired, because I am sitting too much at the computer at work and at home and my eyes don't like that.
But more and more of my colleagues are making simple things or tasks so very complicated and don't want to see the real work that should be done. That's what makes me sick and tired of work.
Some are moaning and telling each other all day long about how much they have to do ... I wouldn't have the time to do that. But I still have enough time to Steem , what in my eyes is better than moaning around ;)

Your try is very good.
I like to be in a !COFFEEA !shop, looking at the window, and the people coming and going, so that I can focus and clear my heart.
That's also a good idea - just sit and watch the people. You see them and wonder, how they might be called, what job they might have, if they are married and have a family... that would certainly clear my mind too. Maybe I should try this sometime too 👍🙂

I have been searching for a matching poem or saying and found a very good one from an Austrian poet, but I did not take it, because he is still alive, what's good, of course, but I don't know if he would have liked me using his saying, especially because I have translated it into English: Often we simply cannot understand the simple because it simply seems too simple to us. I like it and maybe I'll ask him if I can use it.

actually that is not totally correct. we like to simplify it, in a lot of fields, and by doing that, we just raise the inner hidden complexicity of the things... I'd put it so.
That's what Confucius said too - but why making it complicated when it works in a simple way? When the wheel rolls straight down the hill, why should make adding a navigation system any sense when the wheel can only roll straight down anyway?

Das ist ja das Schöne daran - es regt die Fantasie an und erzählt eine Art Story.
Am Bleder See in Slowenien habe ich voriges Jahr mal ein Foto gemacht, wo der See und die Burg drauf sind und dahinter war der schneebedeckte Berg, der scheinbar über den Wolken geschwebt hat... wenn ich mich richtig erinnere ;)

... and the photos are quite the opposite of my working day yesterday, which was stressful and complicated. This is why I have made that post - to compensate, I had to post something simple 🙂

I know this saying by Confucius, but even if I had not known it, it would have been too late, because in a few years I will retire, and that is the job I will love ;)

In a few years when I will retire I will do what I love - now I do not love what I am working. Maybe I said it wrong to be understandable. There's no beauty in my job anymore - I am doing it much too long ;)

Yes it does not matter then .... doing a lot .... what's left of life .. I understand because I do two jobs ... that means all day. I'm only free for a week and then I use to go hiking, hiking ..... and taking pictures ... it's my relaxation and my brain reset...
I believe I did not understand well. Shorten your work time .... if possible .... and learn to enjoy your job again .....😉@johannpiber🤗
