A star is born every time you look up at the sky. I can see it faintly while the sunsets to the right. Can you see the mountains off in the distance? On a clear day you can see lake from the top of that mountains it all the lights at night reflecting from the water makes a great view! That is a lot more distance from what it looks like in this photo.
I used layers for the sky,stars, and mountains. I wanted depth with a lot going on with faded details. I used gimp editor for post and used contrast with coloring. Soon I will be working on water reflections to reflect the sky details. That should help tie the colors and contrast together better.
