Written through an outsiders' view...this city is definitely a monument to human effort and it has paid off. Despite being a place that fits the adage 'don't build your house on sand': This is a place that has benefitted from hard work and ingenuity. From the gardens to the big city skylines that fade into the ocean; there is eye candy everywhere.
