Years ago my husband and I went for a hike at Taylors Falls and Interstate State Park on the borders of Minnesota and Wisconsin. It was a wonderful warm fall day and we had a long hike with many beautiful views.

When we were done and back in the car we decided to take the scenic route back to our place in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Along the way I remembered that someone that I had worked with had opened a chocolate shop near Saint Croix called St Croix Chocolate Co., so we decided to stop for some chocolates along the way. The chocolates were beautiful and some of the best chocolates I have ever eaten. St Croix Chocolate Co, Checkout their website, has become a staple of visits back to Minneapolis.
