Even though the fear spawning from the virus is spreading, nature has a way of giving us hope. I was informed yesterday that our schools will be closed at least for the next 2 weeks. As a teacher, this greatly disturbs me. Our district is making plans to still provide lessons and instruction materials to our students but without 100 percent internet availability, this is not an easy situation for teachers. Schools are planning on delivering lunches to those students who normally receive free or reduced lunches.
I took the time this morning to walk around my back yard and look at the budding trees and bushes.
