Many things will help in achieving true peace of mind but the most important of all, is, develop a profound sense of acceptance : for everything that happens to you in life, everything that may seem to have gone wrong or haywire. Whatever happens, learn to accept things as they are, accept the consequences of your actions and let it go if things go wrong. Just accept it. As it has already happened. The damage is done. It's in the past and you can't change it. Concentrate on the present and be content with whatever you have.
Moreover, learn to accept the bad along with the good, as it is, for all that is part of life. You should rejoice in all kind of feelings, for it makes you human. Seeking to being happy all the time will wear you out just as sadness does. You ought to strive for seeking a balance between all things and cherish the good memories while letting go of the negative ones. Learn to live in the moment. Don't think about the past if it was difficult. Don't think much about the future as it has not yet come. Always try to live in the moment. Notice the small, seemingly around you. Notice the beauty of nature, trees, birds, the laughter of an innocent child, the careless dogs lying in the street, the cheerful kids playing some sport, the conversations people are having, their joy, sorrow, love towards their friends, family or spouse. Learn to share their joy and sorrow. Be kind and helpful towards them and everyone you encounter. The joy of helping others would be a great catalyst in cultivating real, long-lasting peace. Get rid of all the distractions that come in the way of achieving this. Don't be addicted to your phone, social media or excessive partying, drinking, as they all major obstacles in the way to peace. You loose control , without you realizing it, and become obsessed with vanity, trying to impress people and comparing your life with others. Don't compare your life with others to see if they have more or less than us. To achieve peace, it shouldn't matter to you, in either case. Don't hold on to anger. Don't hold grudges. Don't get sad over trivial things. Don't hold on to guilt or remorse too long. Just Spend a little quiet time alone in , every now and then. Away from everyone and everything, just you and your thoughts. Reflect upon what you really want in life and how you could achieve it and also what should be important in your life and what shouldn't be. Spending time in solitude is a healthy way to analyze your life and to make necessary amendments. It brings a sense of calmness, a relief to your mind. You quickly forget about your worries and little problems. You find yourself accepting the shortcomings of life and concentrating on important things....... Your soul is so ethernal and pure may god grace you with all the happiness you want .... Amen

that is extraordinary and extremely a beautifull perspective of dusk and furthermore the absolute best you took from a best edge the dark water and the yellow lights of the sun on the sky before this congregation make this photograph extremely awesome and splendid and a best photograph in steepshot that your mutual today, to see thsi beautifull photograph it giving me so sweet and cool sentiments that how we sit on the highest point of moutain and feel this exquisite minutes and scene there

A lot of things compete for our attention. Our lifestyle choices often make it next to impossible to know God more deeply. Then we wonder why we feel spiritually empty. Spiritual health means that we are alive and vibrant in Christ. Jesus sets an example for us of how to boost our spiritual health. He engaged in spiritual disciplines such as solitude, silence, simplicity, service, study, prayer, worship and fasting. Many Christians throughout the centuries have found helpful in boosting their spiritual health by doing Prayer; silence and solitude
Spending time in God’s presence, with or without words, empowers us.
Bible-reading and study,
Meditating on God’s Word keeps us focused on God, rather than on our problems and wants. Through the Bible God speaks to us and guides us personally. If we seek God, we will find him because he wants to be found. We can’t earn salvation –we are saved through faith by grace (Rom. 3:24-25) – but we can make the effort to stay spiritually healthy. When we are fully alive in Christ, we are also robust in spiritual health.

Everyone says, ’I WANT PEACE’. But most people don’t have peace. Let me give you a very simple formula for peace. Just remove ‘I’ and ‘WANT’ from your life and you immediately get ‘PEACE.’God advice is so practical and simple. The best way to get peace is as simple as to manage your ‘I’ and ‘Want’.

1: Manage ‘Ego’

Your ‘I’ or ego is the greatest reason for losing peace in life. You want to be better than others. When you find that someone is better than you, your ego is hurt. You start thinking, ‘How can he/she be better than me?’ So you start working harder to be better than him or you pull him down by criticism. Both these things don’t work.You can never be better than everyone else in the world
When you criticize others, you too would face criticismThe higher is your ego, the more peace you lose in bargain. If you manage your ego, you can live a peaceful life.

2: Manage ‘Wants’

Our desires and passion knows no limit. The more we get, the more hungry we become for more. Your greed is never satisfied. Mahatma Gandhi said so aptly, ‘Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed.'I will go even further and say, 'Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not enough to satisfy even ONE MAN’s greed.”If you manage your wants, you get peace sooner than later since you need very little to live a decent life. You would not have much difficulty to earn enough to fulfill all your needs and live a peaceful life........ This is why in historic books people say that we should not compare yourself with others because everyone is not same if bill gates would have thought no i should wrestle then he won't have been a billionaire ..... @liondani you have motivated many people here on steem being it by showing what is there in the world to achieve keeping god in mind ..... You are reforming a lot of things on steem keep it up
