Judged by the activity this picture looks like it has been taken at 2 AM but instead, it was 9 PM. I would really like to go back in one year, same date same time to capture the "delta corona".

I'm guessing that that location would normally be bustling with people at that hour.
Its a nice photo. It looks like a peaceful spot, though peaceful is probably not how it would normally be described.
