Aubergines farcies

Salut à tous des aubergines cuites au four et farcies avec du riz.

Les aubergines sont coupées en deux et cuites au four, pendant ce temps cuire du riz.

Récupérer la chair de l'aubergine et la mélanger avec le ris, rajouter de l'oignon haché et de la menthe ciselée.

Garnir l'aubergine et mettre de la feta par dessus, quelques olives, de l'origan et de l'huile d'olive.

Remettre à gratiner environ 20 minutes.

Servir avec une salade de tomates.
