Boulettes asiatiques

Salut à tous, des boulettes de viande façon asiatique.

Il faut de la farce, des champignons noirs, de l'oignon, des carottes, du gingembre frais, du jus de citron vert et de la sauce soja.

Hacher les oignons, carottes et gingembre, couper les champignons noirs après les avoir fait tremper. Mélanger avec la viande et ajouter un peu de sauce soja et de jus de citron vert.

Faire des petites boulettes.

Les faire cuire au four 30 minutes.

Je les set avec du riz et du sésame torréfié.
