Salut à tous un plat que j'adore avec du thon et des oeufs.
On commence par prendre une boîte de thon et on rajoute du citron confit, des câpres et de l'aneth.
Prendre ensuite deux feuilles de brick superposé, les mettre dans une assiette creuse. Répartir un peu de thon et casser deux oeufs par dessus.
Refermer rapidement la brick et la mettre à cuire dans un bain d'huile chaude mais pas fumante.
Laisser cuire et retourner pour être bien doré des deux côtés.
Déposer sur du papier absorbant pour l'excès d'huile et manger rapidement.
