Cake mexicain

[phillarecette]

Salut à tous,

un cake sympa aux saveurs mexicaines.

Du chorizo, du poivron, de maïs, des haricots rouges, du cheddar, des épices mexicaines, et pour la pâte à cake je met 1/3 de farine de maïs et 2/3 de farine normale.

Couper tous les ingrédients et les mélanger à la pâte à cake. Mettre dans un moule à cake beurré.

Faire cuire au four pendant 40 minutes.
