Confit de canard au chou

Salut à tous, du confit de canard en boîte accompagné de chou blanc confit.

J'utilise 1/4 du chou que j'émince et que je fais suer avec un peu de graisse de canard. Comme aromates herbes de Provence, coriandre, sel, poivre.

Pour le canard je met les cuisses dans un plat et au four 30 minutes pour avoir une belle coloration.

Ce n'est pas une recette très légère mais la graisse de canard donne un bon goût au chou et le confit c'est toujours bon.
