Cordon bleu au chorizo

Salut à tous des cordons bleu maison, très simple à faire.

Prendre un filet de poulet, le fendre en deux sans le percer.
Garnir de chorizo et de fromage mozzarella.

Le paner en le roulant dans la farine, puis dans un oeuf battu et dans de la chapelure.
Par pitié faîtes votre chapelure, du pain rassis passé au mixer. Regarder la composition des chapelures industrielles, ça fait peur.

Mettre un filet d'huile sur votre cordon bleu et cuire au four pendant 25 à 30 minutes.

Je l'ai servi avec des petits pois à la Française.
