Feuilleté poulet et coriandre

Salut à tous, des feuilletées avec du poulet cru et de la coriandre fraîche.

Pour donner un peu de liant je rajoute du mascarpone et du gingembre pour relever le tout.

Le poulet et fendu en deux, garni de mascarpone et avec la coriandre hachée grossièrement et le gingembre râpé.

Il suffit de mettre le blanc entre deux carrés de pâte feuilletée.

Et cuire au four pendant 30 minutes.
