Une salade composée à la Grecque.
Il faut du concombre, des tomates, de la feta, des olives noires et de l'origan.
Couper les tomates en dés après avoir enlever les pépins.
Eplucher le concombre, le fendre en deux et enlever les pépins avec une cuillère, puis le couper en dés.
Couper la feta en dés et les olives en deux.
Mélanger le tout dans un saladier avec de l'huile d'olive et de l'origan.
