Introducing the Photo Token!
It's about darn time there was a #photography token and tribe on the hive blockchain! Remember on Steem when us photographers had our own tribe and token?! Those were the good ole days. Im not exactly sure what happened ... why did the project stay on steem? I heard they dumped a lot.
Regardless of WHY the photo token/tribe didn't make it to hive: It's WAY overdue to have a hive engine token that rewards photography content! PHASE #1 Will be {to create the token and then} reward #photography content manually. Therefore we will immediately start a use case.
PHASE 2 Will be launching a tribe. We will once again have a photography front end to post on! A site specifically for hive photographers to earn on! The front end will have very basic rules. No plagiarism will be the only basic rule. You will be able to stake your photography token and vote with it on posts!
PHASE 3 Will be hosting contests, onboarding new photographer users etc. There is so much you can do with a tribe! We can raise money for cameras... we can make communities {b&w, film, video production, portraits etc.} We could even make new photography sites! Maybe a monetized hive chain site for people to earn uploading stock photographs?
PHASE 4 We all become master photographers and earn! TWO WORDS: yacht party. In all seriousness though: This could be an opportunity to onboard some talent onto the blockchain and support the talent that is already here; but maybe not making as much supplemental income as they wish to from #photography.

yeah I was wondering the same, let's go for it! Although as a caveat, the token was pretty much useless/not valuable. I could imagine that it would be the same for this token, but until we get use cases for other tokens on hive I think this is a general problem
There's actually a lot of use cases you could launch with a hive engine token. The price of launching a tribe doesn't help but beyond that its basically endless what you can do. You could even code your own tribe front end by scratch. It's basically a matter of how much time/money/expertise you have.
This is NOT the same person/team as the steem photo token. That token was a very basic front end and also dumped a lot into the market. This will be more dynamic and investment based without the big dumps no pun intended. Hope you enjoy the project.
