As they say it there is no harm in trying, So I tried. I marinated the chicken leg in balsamic vinegar, garlic, pepper, ginger, lemon grass and soy sauce for 3 hours. Then I grilled it, the marinade stock was used for the sauce I just add a little honey and cornstarch and presto i had the sauce for this wonderful dish.
