The smallest known adult dog was a Yorkshire Terrier that was only 2.5 inches at the shoulder, and weighed only 4 ounces.
Glad to hear she's okay. How's she dealing with the cone? I feel like it's amazing how most dogs can live so easily with something like that around their head. I'd be constantly annoyed if I were them.
She is doing great! Its the second time wearing a cone, so she knows what it's like.
