Do to our follow runner LOL i today took all pictures wizz iphone :) This is from the back trail, so we have now done 7.5km :P
As pulse should be high still, lets do some squats, as i have dogs i also have dog food sacks, which i use as weight, so 12kg added on each squats, yes them muscles should be cryyying ;)
