When I began in this company I have been 20 and I have thought all my colleagues were old. Today I am much older than they have been then and I still feel much younger than others in my age ... younger in my heart, not younger in my bones though ;)

For me it is usually worse when I get up to go to work, but not on weekends or when I'm off work for other reasons. If it's about the same for you you will soon again spring out of bed 🙂
It's funny that you said "spring", because the German word for jump would be "springen" --- I jump out of bed = Ich springe aus dem Bett 👍
